Welcome to BannerTextAds. By creating an account, submitting advertising, using free account features, purchasing advertising credits or placements, or participating in promotions, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and all related site policies.

What BannerTextAds Provides

BannerTextAds provides digital advertising tools, banner and text ad exposure opportunities, member ad setup features, and promotional advertising placements. BannerTextAds does not guarantee clicks, leads, sales, commissions, earnings, conversion rates, traffic volume, or business results.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

Email Verification

Free accounts are created after registration and email verification. Some features, credits, rewards, or advertising placements may not be available until your email address has been verified.

Advertising Credits / Ad Placements

Advertising credits, bonus placements, and promotional ad rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may only be used inside BannerTextAds unless otherwise stated.

No Guaranteed Results

Advertising results vary. We do not guarantee a specific number of clicks, leads, sales, commissions, signups, conversions, revenue, earnings, rankings, traffic volume, or traffic quality.

User Advertising Responsibility

You are responsible for the websites, claims, products, services, offers, and links you advertise. Your ads must be truthful, lawful, and consistent with our policies, third-party program terms, and applicable payment processor rules.

Acceptable Advertising Rules

Ads may not promote spam, phishing, malware, illegal goods or services, adult or sexually explicit content, hate or violence, weapons, illegal drugs, prescription drug sales, counterfeit goods, infringement, fake income claims, guaranteed earnings claims, deceptive get-rich-quick claims, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix programs, gambling, betting, sweepstakes, lotteries, games of chance involving cash or material prizes, or misleading financial, crypto, investment, or lending claims.

Ad Review, Rejection, Suspension, and Removal

We reserve the right to reject, pause, remove, or suspend any advertisement, account, or campaign that violates our policies, appears misleading, creates risk for our platform, or may violate payment processor rules.

Affiliate / Referral Conduct

Referral and affiliate activity must be truthful and non-misleading. You may not use spam, fake accounts, bots, misleading income claims, deceptive advertising, or unauthorized brand claims to promote BannerTextAds.

Payments and Billing

Paid features, upgrades, ad credits, or placements are digital services. Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or other available processors. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by BannerTextAds.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Because digital advertising services may begin immediately after payment, refunds are not guaranteed once credits, ad slots, advertising access, or membership benefits have been delivered.

One-Time Payments

BannerTextAds does not use recurring subscriptions. Paid features, upgrades, credits, and ad placements are purchased through one-time payments only.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate site policies, submit prohibited ads, abuse promotions, create duplicate or fake accounts, attempt fraud, initiate chargeback abuse, or create legal, compliance, deliverability, reputation, or user safety risk.

Changes to the Service

BannerTextAds may update, pause, modify, or discontinue features, promotions, ad placements, credits, membership benefits, pricing, or policies as needed to operate and protect the service.
