Acceptable Advertising Policy
Overview
This policy explains what may and may not be advertised through BannerTextAds. All ads must be truthful, lawful, and suitable for a general business advertising platform.
Allowed General Categories
- Legitimate websites
- Affiliate offers that follow all laws and program terms
- Advertising tools
- Business opportunities with truthful, non-misleading claims
- Traffic exchange or safelist-related sites if not deceptive
- Digital products and services
Prohibited Categories
- Spam or spam tools
- Phishing
- Malware, viruses, forced downloads, browser hijackers
- Illegal products or services
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Hate, violence, harassment, or discriminatory content
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or restricted weapons
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia
- Prescription drug sales
- Counterfeit, stolen, or infringing goods
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Fake income claims
- Guaranteed earnings claims
- Get rich quick deception
- Pyramid schemes
- Ponzi schemes
- Matrix programs
- Gambling, betting, sweepstakes, lotteries, or games of chance involving cash or material prizes
- Misleading crypto, investment, lending, or financial claims
- Any ad that violates Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processor rules
Ad Review and Enforcement
BannerTextAds may reject, pause, remove, or suspend any ad at our discretion if we believe it creates legal, compliance, payment processor, deliverability, reputation, or user safety risk.
User Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for their own websites, claims, program terms, landing pages, products, services, and legal compliance.
