Refund Policy
Digital Advertising Services
BannerTextAds provides digital advertising services, account features, advertising credits, promotional placements, and/or membership benefits. Because these services may begin immediately after payment, refunds are not guaranteed once credits, ad slots, advertising access, or membership benefits have been delivered.
Refund Request Window
To request a refund, contact iancormiersdesk@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and include your account email and transaction ID.
Non-Refundable Delivered Services
Delivered ad credits, activated ad slots, used advertising placements, fulfilled account upgrades, consumed membership benefits, and completed promotional services may be non-refundable.
Duplicate Payments
Duplicate payments may be refunded after review. Please contact support with the account email and transaction IDs for the duplicate charges.
Technical Non-Delivery
If a paid order, credit package, ad placement, or membership upgrade is not delivered due to a technical issue, we will work to correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund.
Subscription Payments
BannerTextAds does not use recurring subscriptions, so there is no recurring billing to cancel. Refund requests for one-time payments are reviewed according to this policy and the status of delivered benefits.
Policy Violations
Accounts suspended for spam, fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, prohibited advertising, or violation of our Terms may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Send your request to iancormiersdesk@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address used on your account, the transaction ID, the purchase date, and a brief explanation of the issue.
